Digestivo frío de café con ron

INGREDIENTES:


  • 4 vasos cortos llenos de hielo picado
  • 4 tazas de café de greca o moka bien fuerte
  • Tazas pequeñas
  • 1 pedacito de regaliz dentro del agua con la que se va a preparar el café en la greca o moka
  • 1 taza pequeña, de las de café pequeñas, de un buen ron reserva
  • 6 cdas. de papelón molido

PREPARACIÓN:


  1. Agregue el pedacito de regaliz en el depósito del agua.
  2. Prepare en la greca o moka cuatro tazas pequeñas de café negro, fuerte, tipo expresso.
  3. Cuando aún esté caliente el café, mézclelo con el papelón y con el ron.

SUGERENCIA Puede sustituir el regaliz por una semilla de cardamomo, clavitos o cualquier otra especia fuerte.

MONTAJE Sirva en los cuatro vasos cortos con hielo.

TIEMPO 20 minutos.

DIFICULTAD Baja.
